No where does the description say this is a boneless sofa. I specifically did NOT want a boneless sofa. The upholstery is not velvet which is what was listed in the description. It's a scratchy nubby material and it is not the color shown. The pillows didn't inflate at all and the bottom and back cushions are uneven. There is nothing "cloud" about it. I did not receive a sofa that looks remotely like the one pictured. I feel duped and will be returning. I expected better from Wayfair.
