Wheels are very clunky and the chair doesn't roll smoothly. The arm rests wont stayed screwed in tightly so they move alot.

The chair look nice once I put it together however over time the chair arms would lend back out of place. The material is durable. I don't use the massage component of the chair as often because it has to stay plugged in. If you work in the chair all day moving with the plug in comes out a lot.
