The delivery team was outstanding—courteous, professional, and very thoughtful throughout the entire process. They called 30 minutes before arriving, came well-organized, assembled my buffet table quickly and efficiently, and placed it exactly where I wanted it. They also took the time to explain what to do if I had any issues and assured me that support would be available if needed. Everything was handled smoothly, and they left the area clean when they were finished. Excellent service from start to finish! The product itself looked exactly as described and I am very happy with its appearance and design. However, it arrived with a few small scratches and minor damage on the lower right side. This appeared to be a manufacturing or packaging issue rather than anything related to the delivery team, who handled everything with great care. I would have preferred to receive the item in perfect, brand-new condition, and I hope the production and packaging teams can improve quality control to ensure products arrive without any defects.
