I'm very unhappy with this shelf. While the package came without any visible damage, several of the parts have minute damage. It seemed to be packaged well. Therefore, there is a quality issue with this manufacturer. I believe the instructions are also inaccurate because following the instructions to the best of my ability, I ended up with a shelf with visible holes, which doesn't seem right. Who would knowingly buy a shelf that has visible holes in the finished product? It would be helpful if the manual had more than a few words. It would also be helpful if the manual explained which orientation the shelves should be installed in, as it's possible to assemble them backwards (no clarification of the front vs back). None of the boards fit flush together, so there are also many visible gaps. I think with the proper execution, this would be a nice item for someone but its a no for me.
