Love my couch! Instructions are hard to follow though

Couch came missing parts. Requested the replacement parts and was sent one couch cushion to a different couch. Then they sent me a seemingly whole other couch to carry up five flights of stairs to my apartment. Fingers crossed the correct part is in there with all this other waste they’ve sent me. Really really disappointed. This has been a several week process and I still don’t have a couch.

ABSOLUTE trash. The pillows for the back cushions are paper thin, we spent about 2 1/2 hours trying to set up the base, when we tried connecting the back panels, the holes that were supposed to be used to connect them were drilled and off by about 2 inches rendering the couch completely useless. I will say, Wayfair's customer service was great to deal with and processed a refund immediately and had me recycle/donate the couch. Save yourself the pain in the a$$ and do NOT order this couch.
