I’m very happy with my purchase it was open box but it was just like its was new easy to assemble and shipped was great.

The chair is honestly beautiful, good fabric and quality and matched my other set nicely, I hate putting stuff together but please do not pay for assembly on this product as it is soooo easy to assemble it legit took me 15 mins max. You screw the legs on and slide the top on and boom done. They legit got it out in one day great shipping and experience.

Oh mu goodness, I love my chairs!! They were simple to put together, I know some folks have said there were no instructions, but there were with mine in the arm side pocket. I was a little confusing with the way the boxes were labeled. Box 1 is the chair base, box 2 the back, and box 3 the arms. Box 3 should be box 2 the arms go on first..and if you do not see the instructions you might put the back on first which will cause a host of issues. I absolutely love the lift feature. I have a knee issue and what an amazing difference.

Very comfortable and works well. I love it so far. I got it for myself to have place to relax while watching tv. I have the brown.

Actually a nice chair! I like the Burlwood color and the stitching. A little higher in height and firmer than any recliners I have ever had but I’m sure I’ll get used to that. Please note there are absolutely no directions so make sure you have some knowledge of how recliners are put together and how things should be plugged in (there are several powerelectrical cords on this thing). The blue light at the bottom can also be turned off if you don’t like it. I was pleasantly surprised to see the headrest was motorized and you can raise it up and down just like the foot rest. Only time will tell on durability. All in all, I think it was a great buy and you get 2 chairs instead of just one.
