Instructions are unclear and steps are not explained well. I am having hard time assembling.

I'll start with the positives: This sofa looks good. The color I ordered, light gray, is exactly as pictured on the website. I'm very satisfied with the appearance of the sofa. The cushions are very firm, not what you'd call comfy, but I'm fine with that. The negatives: In this case, you most definitely get what you pay for. This is an EXTREMELY cheaply made piece of furniture, the furniture equivalent of fast fashion. Fabric is very thin, padding is minimal. If you're looking for cushy comfort, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a family sofa that will get lots of daily use, look elsewhere --- this one is much more for show than comfort. This is a sofa for very light usage. Strongly recommend two people for assembling it. Instructions manual has teeny tiny, sometimes inaccurate, sometimes confusing drawings.

I love it! Once I got some people to help me unbox and put it together it looks wonderful. It’s exactly what I wanted. My cats will not claw it because it is velvet. It is so pretty and comfortable. Really soft and comfy to watch tv.

I absolutely love this couch. It took me 15 minutes to assemble by myself and looks amazing.
