Rail brackets had 2-3 broken screw heads each and I needed to drill new holes to place new screws, so the rail could hold the weight. Customer support wanted me to ship bed back (I don’t have large vehicle) and send me another bed. Holes were already drilled and that’s not very practical option. No compensation offered. Plus the brackets for the backrest were missing, but they gonna ship them out to me soon. On the plus side my kid loves the bed, Jerry-rigged and all.
