Horrible experience. I ordered and received two of these ottomans and both arrived with issues. One had cushion hanging out with a broken zipper. The other one was not sewn together properly and showed cushion discoloration. I have not received updated new ones. Wayfair please do better or I will spend my money elsewhere.
