I love these stools. When we were remodeling our kitchen we designed an island with hidden seating and I wanted a counter stool with a low back that could slide completely under the island. I found these and they are so lovely in person. The leather and gold is pretty and the leather has a weathered look which I like because my kids eat at the counter and get them messy. They clean up easily with some leather cleaner. They are very heavy and sturdy. Stools were delivered fast and wrapped securely with no damage.. Salisha. Scottsdale, AZ. Mon Jul 06 2026

Ordered the black and gold stools. One of the stools was missing some of the hardware. They came preassembled so at first, we didn’t realize that the screws were missing from the bottom of the seat. Luckily, we caught it before somebody sat on it. Otherwise, it could’ve been dangerous. It was an easy fix, but just make sure you check everything over before you use them. Great product otherwise.. Jamie Young Company presents the Shelby Stool, an Art Deco–inspired silhouette that bridges global artisan craftsmanship with modern architecture. Hand-forged architectural metal legs form a striking, sculptural base equipped with an integrated footrest, while a soft, padded natural hide seat offers luxurious comfort. Backless and arriving fully assembled, this hand-finished design merges high-contrast materials to create an elegant, inviting accent that effortlessly elevates any kitchen island or entertaining space.

These are nice quality stools with the perfect champagne gold finish, not brassy or shiny. The only thing is that the hide seats all vary. I only got one with the grey and cream like I was hoping for and the other 3 are more white/cream all over. There are wrinkles and imperfections in the hide which is to be expected. It would have been great to have them all match up but they would have to be hand picked for that to happen.. Lisa. Satellite Beach, FL. Wed Sep 21 2022
