Shipping was fast, arrived in a couple days. The extra bumper piece is inside the folds of the sweep. It threw me off a bit because the glue sticker on it is red but it applies clear. It wasn't as easy to cut as I would have hoped. We had to use a table saw, but it cut clean. It was a really tight fit but I was able to slide it on with a little extra effort. This is a shower door bottom seal that is constructed of clear vinyl and comes in 36 in. lengths. Designed to attach to the bottom of frameless, swinging shower doors without the need of adhesives. Cutting down to size will be necessary if your shower door measures less than 36 in. in width. No tools are required to install this shower door bottom. These have come out really nice. We had a room that was added to our house and the contractors ordered windows without grilles and it didn’t match the rest of the house so this makes things look more uniform.
