The listing is for a set of four service caster series #35 swivel casters with 8" diameter by 2" wide rubber on cast iron wheels with bolt-on swivel locks and maintenance-free precision ball wheel bearings. Capable of supporting a total weight of 2,000 lbs. (500 lbs. per caster).
Features
Weight capacity ranges from 400 lbs on the 4” caster, 400 lbs on the 5”, 450 lbs on the 6” and 500 lbs. on the 8”.
The top plate measures 4-1/2" x 6-1/4" with a bolt-hole pattern of 2-7/16" x 4-15/16" to 3-3/8" x 5-1/4" and can either be bolted or welded on.
Brake options include a side lock brake (SLB) which applies a positive locking force against the wheel hub which prevents the wheel from moving freely, or a bolt-on swivel lock (BSL) that when inserted into one of 4 notches found on the swivel raceway converts a swivel caster to rigid for straight-line tracking at any 90-degree angle. Combining both brake types ensures complete immobility over both the swivel and wheel on the caster.
