At the same time, two caster wheels can be locked in place for secure use when it's stationary.

This is not typical of Wayfair’s usually super – excellent quality. After assembly, it accidentallyfell over and the base plate broke. It is made of a soft composite material that just ripped apart. Because it is in shreds, it seems impossible to fit back again together and re-glue. The wheels are also very lightweight and unstable.

This storage cart is the perfect size for all my cat’s food and treats, and goes great with my kitchen. My only complaint is the wheels - they do not roll smoothly.

This cart fits perfectly in my small space and has wheels on the bottom so I can move it around as needed. The wheels also lock in place so won’t move if you don’t want it to. Easy to assemble and looks great.
