Order was delivered missing the arm where the mailbox attaches. Finally got the replacement part and it was missing the screws. When I could install it, the predrilled holes dont line up and the mailbox can't rest against the post as it should. Its already installed so we will keep it for now but such a waste of time and money

The post and mailbox are well made and were delivered with no damage. My husband installed the post over an existing 4X4 wooden post from a previous post. I just wish the mailbox was larger. The description did state it is a "standard" size, not large.
