We purchased this awning last summer and it tore so I contacted Wayfair and was told that they were sorry that this had happened and that they would replace the item.The one I needed was out of stock but Kishara was great. She contacted me either by email or phone regularly to update me. When it became clear that this item would not be available for some time they offered me a motorized model as a replacement for the manual one that I had originally purchased. I am delighted with the service and care that I received from Wayfair and with my new replacement awning. Thank you
