Covington Self-Watering Planter, Trough

The Covington Self-Watering Planter, Trough brings classic panelled detailing to a wide rectangular form designed for deck railings, patio edges, balcony borders, and layered container plantings. Its elongated profile makes it ideal for creating structured borders or anchoring symmetrical arrangements with a cohesive architectural presence. A built-in reservoir beneath the soil delivers steady root-level hydration. Water is added through the top fill port and stored below the root zone, where roots naturally draw moisture upward as needed. The insulating double-wall polyethylene construction resists cracking, fading, and chipping while remaining lightweight and durable. Designed to function beautifully on its own, or with the option to use harvested rainwater as part of the Rainwatr™ system — helping you put stored rainwater directly to work in your planters. Backed by a 10 year manufacturer’s warranty.
