Poor quality! Can’t plug in as electrical plug is missing!!

Very disappointed! I was looking so forward to receiving my order only to get it about 15 minutes ago and no plug. I mean how does this happen?! Not to mention glitter everywhere and I noticed a couple small holes. Who sends a package like this to someone?! I will never order from wayfair again!!!! Refund my money and you can come get your package. Customers save your money. Just a warning. I really, really wanted to like this item. The quality just isn't there either. Do better wayfair!

Cheaply made. The pics make the stag look majestic. What i recieved in the small box was very poorly made with cheap thin material. There is no way it would withstand our wind. The box and stag was covered in glitter making my hubby look like a stripper on a Friday night when he got it out of the box!!!

Upon unboxing, I was immediately disappointed at how misleading the picture was. It was much smaller than anticipated. That was the first of many disappointments. This item arrived both missing parts as well as damaged. Several foundational connector sockets were just missing, while other connector stakes were broken off floating around the box. I never saw a remote. The skin of the reindeer has several large tears in various places and in other places it looks tattered and worn. The wear is all over its body—the skin is discolored as if it was rubbing against other tightly packed items for a long period of time. This might be due to it arrived tightly tangled around itself wrapped in bubble wrap in its packaging. The anchoring metal fixture could not be attached properly because of missing connectors on the reindeer’s body. Without the appropriate connector parts, its head does not sit correctly on the body. This also meant the reindeer could not free stand without being staked into the ground. These factors plus confusing assembly directions, made it VERY difficult to put together for something so small.
