The clear plastic cover wasn't stitched, leaving a gaping hole on one side. I took photos & submitted them, where one of the reps I spoke with said the photos clearly showed. A new clear cover was approved, but I was on the phone for about a half hour! Why so long?! I'm *very disappointed* in Wayfair!
