Revitalize LS 6-Person 50 Port 28-Jet Acrylic Hot Tub with Ice Bucket, Heater, Ozone

It is a great hot tub for the price. We shopped for major brand hit tubs but we’re not ready to commit to that cost. This hot tub does a nice job with the power of the jets and temperature. The electric buttons on the panel sometimes don’t work after a year of use. Draining it is challenging as you have to remove the panels. Finding a matching filter has been challenging.

This arrived quickly and after setting up, could not be more pleased! 6 person but more 4 person comfortably, but we expected that as it seems with most. Holds temp, deep and jets are plentiful and powerful. My only wish was that getting inside the panel was a door or something more accessible. But that is small in the totality of things.

It looks so good - the dark gray cabinet and the bright white stainless interior. Bought this for hydrotherapy for someone who has had several back surgeries. I cannot think of a better way to relax and recharge, the recliner seat is the best!

I’m not happy that I didn’t get the tub I thought I was ordering. They did give me a discount which I appreciate, but I still had to settle for less because of their mistake. That won’t change.

Overall, hot tub looks nice. Spacious. The screws that hold the outside paneling snap in half with very little effort. Missing one of the clips to lock the hot tub. The keys they sent to lock the cover in place are the wrong one, so we can not lock in place.

I had this hot tub for 1 week it seems to be working well. I am not sure about the filter yet as there seems to be dirt on my seats of the hot tub that doesn't seem to get into the filter. Also not a great design of the service panel where you have to take off 8 screws and pull back the rounded park of the hot tub just to get in to service anything. The delivery team was great in helping me place the hot tub and delivering it in a timely manner. One side of the cover on the hot tub was not sewed properly so I am now waiting for them to call or email me to replace it, we will see how long this takes. Also if you are buying this hot tub you are buying this from Strong spas in Pennsylvania which is owned by essential spas. So if you have to register your hot tub you go to strong spas.com. Not mentioned in any paperwork by the way. Even with all of this it seems the hot tub is 3 stars.I will update this in 6 months and let you know. By the way wayfair took care of every little thing I needed on this hot tub. They stepped up and did what good company does stand behind their product.
