The item was installed and rusted within one month. The item states stainless steel but it rusted. Very poor quality if it states stainless and its alrady rusted. It was not installed for months afte I arrived and now the window has closed for return.

This is my second Makai shower, and as soon as we used it, the hot water arm snapped right off. The company has yet to respond. This is the second one from this company that has snapped, and they still do nothing to fix the problem. I am writing this review to warn others against this company. I would not buy again.
