Just set up this hot tub last night. Easy to install. So far, so good. Love the style and excited to use it!

We received our hot tub today we are more then satisfied with the delivery the placement. The drivers actually brought it through the house on to the patio exactly where we needed it to go. The lifter we bought works perfectly regarding opening closing the cover. Super convenient. I built stairs weeks prior so I was ready on delivery day. It is not yet hooked up yet as the electrician is coming in a few days

We really like this hot tub for the money. Delivery was really nice and moved it right where we needed it. Not really a six person, fits 3 or 4 really good. We would highly recommend this for the money. Tim

I LOVE this hot tub. If you never had one before, you may be disgruntled about the cost of electrical hook up and cement pad. However, once in place, it's lovely. The local store wanted about a thousand dollars more for the same size AND a $500 delivery fee. The man who delivered this laid it on the pad for me and positioned it correctly for like $85. The buttons can be complicated if you lose your manual. (which after 2 years i did) So, I have to play around with it whenever I want to switch it from economy to standard. Turning the lights on, raising the temperature and turning on the jets is pretty easy and self-explanatory on the panel. So far, it has lasted for a couple of years, and I have never had any issues with it. It's easy to clean (we use a small pump to get all the water at the bottom out.) We love getting in on a cool/cold night the best and looking up at the stars. It has been worth the investment. My husband says he sleeps like a baby afterwards, which is great. The temp gets up to 104 and the jets are pretty good. You can adjust them from very soft to moderately strong. If you want super powerful jets, then you may be disappointed. However, no one I know has ever said they wished it was more powerful. It also passed inspection due to the cover having locks on it with a key. This was great because I didn't have to buy anything extra to keep everyone safe (and got the permit). In the future, if I ever needed to replace this one, I would probably buy from this site/company again. I must say, I was very skeptical at first about spending this much on a Wayfair site, but I was worried for no reason and saved a ton compared to the local stores.

Weve had our hot tub for about a month. We love it and have been in it several times a week every week. Easy maintenance so far.

Hot tub packaging is inadequate. A tin piece of cardboard is only protection and didn’t protect it. It is damaged and am not sure if it is even covered due to a disvv CB Lanier sheet attached to the manual. I will follow up if they cover it with no additional charges to me?
