The umbrella arrived without the solar panel. I was able to request one from Wayfair. Once it arrived, I installed it and charged it, then discovered that the on-off switch doesn't work, it doesn't shut the lights off. I contacted Wayfair again and was told that because it had been 30 days since my original delivery date there was nothing they could do. I tried explaining that I had no way of knowing/checking the on-off switch without the solar panel, but again was told there was nothing they could do. Terrible customer service. The umbrella itself is nice, perfect size for my table. The lights are dim, which may or may not be related to the switch issue.
