High quality product and great customer service when we needed a warranty replacement of the fabric part of the umbrella. Everything went smoothly and we are very happy with our 8’ umbrella!!!

The umbrella is exactly what I wanted. However, the information under "description" reads:: Cross base and weighted base in the picture are not included. After speaking with the CS rep, she advised me to order the WRONG stand based on this inaccurate information. Also the weighted part of the stand has 4 parts. One of the parts is defective and leaked at the seal. The umbrella does come with the cross bar stand. You just need to order the weighted base. After speaking with another CS Rep. she advised the correct stand to order. Wayfair did do the right think and waived the fee to return the incorrect stand.

Simple yet stylish design. Perfect touch to my outdoor deck. Also provides great shade.

Just got it a couple days ago. Quality seems good. Assembly instructions were lacking a bit but got it figured out. Had to loosen some bolts on turning bearing to get it to turn since they were over tightened from factory.
