I purchased this in 2020 and love it. I use it daily and it is still like new! but today, out of nowhere, the crank stopped working. My husband passed away in 2021 and I have no idea what to do. I can't close it to make it smaller and I don't know how to fix it. :(. So I had to buy another here at Wayfair.
