Bought two units to go side by side I get lots of compliments at every backyard party They rotate 360 degrees and have several slots to change the angle of the umbrellas as well The bases (sold separately) are on wheels Once they are in position, I crank the handle to raise the wheels up so the base sits on the ground The covers for the umbrellas are also easy to install Overall quality of everything is great and very few things to assemble
