This chair is perfect. It came in a shipping box that protected the chair parts from rubbing against each other as well as protecting from external damage. Instructions were clear and precise and extra parts were provided for small items. Assembly by one person took less than 30 minutes. (Before you start assembling, separate the bolts by size into three groups to make sure you use the correct one in the correct place.) This rocker is comfortable even without a cushion though I wil probably add one. Couldn't be happier.
