Fabric seems nice but the pole is narrow compared to the umbrella hole in my patio table. Also, birds are attracted to perching on the larger than standard top (finial) so it's led to me cleaning the table and umbrella more.

About This Product

This market umbrella is a welcome addition to any back patio that could use some extra shade. It's crafted from powder-coated aluminum, which is resistant to rust, corrosion, chipping, and peeling. The metal umbrella frame and six support ribs are wrapped in weather-resistant UPF98 Sunbrella fabric, so it's sure to stand up to UV rays or rainstorms rolling through. And we love how the vented design and an auto-tilt function are easy to adjust, thanks to the handy crank lift.

To tilt the umbrella, crank the Handle clockwise and when the umbrella is fully opened, continue to crank clockwise a little harder, then you will see the umbrella automatically tilt. To close the umbrella, simply crank the Handle counter-clockwise, then the umbrella will back to straight and continue to crank counter-clockwise, then the umbrella will be back in a closed position.
