The wrong item was shipped on my first order. You promised to make it right on the next shipment. I returned the first shipment. The second shipment arrived. I received the same wrong items again! Your people agreed that the wrong items were shipped both times. I asked to cancel the order and get my money back. I was told i could only get 20% of my money. I won't buy from Wayfair again!!

I ordered the complete set with carrying case and only received the extra washers. How to play this now?

Be warned...the page that I ordered these from does not specify that these are replacement washers only. The title leads you to believe that it's the whole game....IT'S NOT!!! And you can't return it....you have to pay for shipping!
