I ordered an expensive Fire pit from Wayfair—over $1,000. It came damaged, so I took pictures of the damage and sent them to Wayfair. Instead of expediting a replacement order, they said I would have to wait for the manufacturer to contact me. What is the point of ordering through Wayfair if they will not assume responsibility and provide good customer service. I had planned to use the fire pit for a party I planned, and now will not be able to. Very disappointed.
