They’re a little difficult to install, and you definitely need specialty tools if you are going to anchor in cement. But they hold up very well!

Very nice screen. Need to make sure it is properly installed. Paid extra to have it installed there were some mistakes. Would be nice if the post it latches to was capped so rain water didn’t getbin.

Use this to keep cats out of a room when we have our Christmas tree up. Only real issue is that the cats figured out how to get underneath the screen and that it can be difficult to get the screen locked closed again after retracting it.
