Very well constructed, has lasted through summer and fall and still looks great. My patio furniture does still get wet, I did not realize its not waterproof. Great buy if you are looking for shade and do not need to block out rain.

Looks amazing! Super easy to set up and looks to be pretty durable. The quality of the materials seems to be very strong so we think it will hold up in crazy TX weather. Surprised with how much actual coverage the shade provides as well!
