Sait 6 Piece Sectional Seating Group with Cushions

Looks good! Relatively easy to assemble, but the parts are not labeled consistently. Very firm cushions. Comfortable to sit on but not cushy.

The wood is splitting on the accent chair. Otherwise the cushions are durable and have had no sun wear which is great. With some sanding and wood glue we may be able to fix the arm of the chair. Would recommend getting a cover for it.

Nice look. Missing parts to finish assembly. The chair does NOT come with cushion covers??? Stupid when the other pieces do come with covers.

We are so impressed with this outdoor furniture. The quality is amazing and I love that is easy to assemble.

Not fun to put together as one person, but doable. It looks very nice, but the cushions are hard and I do wonder how long the wood will last. Overall, satisfied for the price and for what I’m currently looking for, but could certainly be better.

The sofa, ottoman, and coffee table came together without much difficulty (though some screws wouldn't take to the threads, but we added some glue to help grip and it seems ok now), but that side chair...it really feels like the manufacturer packaged the wrong parts or just really mailed this in. The seat bottom would not fit into the frame. We triple checked the instructions and confirmed we did everything right, the center support piece was just too long to ever possibly fit (even with all screws loosened as instructed). We eventually had to just take a saw and shave off about half an inch of material so it would fit into the frame. This of course meant the holes didn't properly align, not that it matters, because the screws they included to secure the seat aren't even long enough to actually go through the seat into the frame. Picture attached; you can just barely see the tip of the screw at the bottom once fully inserted. Certainly not enough to grip anything. And yes, we checked and rechecked the instructions. I feel like the holes were meant to be countersunk so the head of the screw would fit flush in the wood, but that step was overlooked by the manufacturer? Obviously we can go buy longer screws or the bit we need to countersink the hole, but given the price of this piece that feels a little ridiculous to have to go spend more money to make it work.
