I ordered this and it was delivered several days later. Talk about fast! I haven't had a chance to put it together yet but am sure that it will not be a problem. the last 12x10 Gazebo I bought from them was excellent too, but the top got destroyed by a bad storm with golf ball sized hail. that's why I bought this hard top metal one. and the price was fantastic! Can't beat the price!

We had to return this item because we didn’t think things through :(. We have just moved to South Texas and did not know to be aware of hurricane winds in this area. The delivery was great and the return schedule was easy. Wish I could give more info, but according to our landscaper this is not ideal for anywhere that incurs hurricane winds.
