I had a difficult time lining up the screw holes on 1 chair. it took 3 people and a lot of muscle to force it together. putting the legs on was pretty simple. they are comfortable and nice looking. The seat itself looks beautiful and like the major brands but at an affordable cost. I bought both a left and right side to create a loveseat. The seat cushions are thick and nice and have ties to connect to the frame. The disappointing aspect is the back pillows are basically worthless. They feel thin like airplane pillows and have no structure. I will have to purchase foam inserts or different back cushions. The chairs were very comfortable and they look very nice on my enclosed patio. Good quality and a nice finish. Assembly took just a little longer than I expected (2 hours). The sections have to aligned at the proper angle for the screws to fit into the holes. It took me a while to figure this out. Also, I recommend that you purchase some additional screws for the ones (4) that attach the rocker portion to the chair. The screw in the packages will strip very easily when you attempt to tighten them to the chair. (Ace hardware sells them loose). I also purchased some felt pads to cover the exposed screws on the bottom of the chair. I am sure that they would scratch my finish floor during the rocking portion of the chair. I have attached a picture showing the exposed screws head to the bottom of the chair. Overall, I am very satisfied despite taking a few extra steps in the assembly of the chairs.. Marvin. The chairs look nice and sturdy. Not too hard to put together. The color is brown. Definitely not gray. I included a picture next to my actual gray furniture. But the swatch is pretty accurate so I wasn’t really surprised. I thought the arms were gray but they aren’t. I took away one star because they are not very comfortable.
