Metal Animals Garden Accents Accessories

I was really excited to buy these owls because of the Glowwing feature, but they didn’t glow at all. When they arrived, the box was already partly open and a bit crushed, so I wasn’t surprised something was wrong. I called Wayfair, and they promised a full refund, but they still deducted the shipping cost. It’s disappointing to pay for shipping on a defective item, especially when the damage wasn’t my fault. I rarely leave negative reviews, but these owls did not glow in the dark, and the experience was frustrating
