Weight is good but packaging is inadequate and has resulted in 3 returns. Not resolved as of yet (7 months). Have also been sent 2 different depths of the same shutter. Since they are solid, with no light coming through, they look like a flat black panel from the street.

First time customer. Very happy with shutters. Looked a bit off white on website but were very pleased with the white color. Material is very good and love the fact that both screws and spikes were included in delivery. Will definitely use again!

These shutters were as expected. The included mounting hardware offered 2 types of mount. I used the screws with caps and they went up easily and without any problems.
