We waited a very long time to receive the product. These shutters were beautiful when we received them, but did not include any instructions on installing them, nor any hardware to install. Once we had an installer put them on, within 3 months one of the shutters warped in the heat of the summer temperature. I contacted Wayfair, who then referred me directly to the manufacturer. The representative at the company informed me that there should have been instructions and a particular type of hardware exclusive to this product to install them. They sent the instructions, but only part of the hardware. Our installer told us that the hardware package was incomplete, as per the instructions he was using from the manufacturer. When we again contacted the manufacturer, they sent another batch of hardware. This is now the third time having a problem getting these shutters installed, and we still don't know if reinstalling them with the correct hardware will solve the problem of the warped shutter, as the representative said it would. This all occurred during COVID, and getting an installer has been a very challenging problem, one that we still face as installers are now completely overwhelmed with work. This has been a huge hassle for us, not to mention the fact that our shutters are still warped and look terrible on our home. I would not recommend this product.
