We love it! It was exactly what we wanted. Took 3 days to build and easy to follow instructions. When initially starting, at least 3 people to help stabilize would be required, but after, 2 people can finish. When starting the roof, do not screw down the K parts until all of the pieces were put together! My hubby made that mistake and had to unscrew all parts. Great pavillion. I loved that it was cedar and pre stained. The wood is soft so be careful.
