The flag was of excellent quality. However the shipping was substandard. It was advertised as that I would receive it by February 7th, it did not arrive until February 9th. It was for the super Bowl and obviously when it came on the day of the super Bowl it was kind of anticlimactic. When I called customer service, the woman tried to tell me that it's only an estimated date. However, it clearly stated that I would receive it by February 7th.
