This negative review is because the optional magazine rack was NOT in the package. I even called the manufacturer and verified the magazine rack parts are SUPPOSED to be included. But when the replacement package came, it ALSO did not have the magazine rack parts. I’m disappointed because we do need the magazine rack. On the other hand, the mailbox itself is very nice, solidly built with respect to materials and construction, and the lid closes softly. IF you don’t want a magazine rack, I highly recommend this mailbox.
