Curtis Outdoor Acacia Wood Chaise Lounge with Table

This order was a complete disaster. I ordered 2 of these sets to coordinate with other patio furniture that I already own. The first set came and one chair was damaged. Customer service told me that I needed to have the original packaging or pay for a new box and to send it back. The chair is VERY heavy and extremely hard to re-box but I did that. In the meantime I was notified by email that a replacement chair would be delivered in December! When I once again reached out to customer service and told them that it was unacceptable to have only half my order for the summer season, I magically received another email that said the new order would be delivered in a few days. When that order came, it too was damaged. I have now decided to keep the second damaged chair even though the quality is VERY poor, only to save myself from the inconvenience and hardship of shipping it back. I am attaching photos of the first and second damaged chairs- you can see visible cracks in areas that are crucial to the structure as well as a deep gouge on the top half of the seat . The quality of these pieces is far below any reasonable standards and if it was not for the fact that returning them has been such a burden, I would definitely not be keeping them. I am very disappointed!
