I rarely leave reviews like this, but I want other buyers to know what my experience has been before spending this much money on this gazebo. This honestly feels like a bait and switch. I purchased this gazebo based on the product shown in Wayfair’s photos and the specifications advertised on the listing. What I received does not appear to have the same substantial construction I believed I was purchasing. The legs and crossbars are much flimsier than I expected from the photos, and even the curtain/post configuration appears different from what is depicted. Assembly was also extremely difficult because several of the roof components did not align properly. But the real problem came after rainfall. Multiple legs/posts and crossbars bent significantly, leaving the gazebo visibly deformed. I have included photos so potential buyers can judge the construction and damage for themselves. That’s particularly shocking considering how this gazebo is advertised. The listing describes a sturdy aluminum frame, weather and water resistance, year-round use, a roof designed for water drainage, a 40 mph wind rating, and a 2,500-lb snow-load capacity. Those specifications gave me confidence that I was purchasing a substantial outdoor structure—not something whose structural members would bend like this after being exposed to the weather. To make matters worse, when I contacted Wayfair, I was initially told that because more than 30 days had passed since the purchase, it was no longer their problem. That’s particularly frustrating with a product like this: it takes considerable time and effort to assemble, and a structural durability problem may not reveal itself within 30 days. The listing itself states that the product has a 1-year warranty, so I am now pursuing this as a warranty/defective-product issue. Had the listing photographs and description given me an accurate impression of the construction and durability of the gazebo I actually received, I would not have purchased it. Between the apparent differences from what was pictured, the significant bending of structural components, and the initial refusal to help because I was outside the 30-day return window, my experience absolutely feels like a bait and switch. Take screenshots of the listing and specifications when you purchase, inspect everything carefully when it arrives, and do not assume you have more than 30 days to discover a problem just because the listing says there is a 1-year warranty.

The gazebo adds such a nice touch to our outdoor space. It took 4 people just under a few hours to put it all together.

Very sturdy structure and nice! plan on taking a few days to put it together if you’re by yourself! It was a lot of work and glad it’s done!

Perfect to keep live bugs out, we even hung a fan

This worked out perfectly. Wayfair put it together in less than 4 hours. Great price. I work lounge on my patio it came with curtains so when sun sets I can just close the curtains. My favorite place to work entertain. I The bigger stores offered this for much more then. Wayfair too
