Great sturdy outdoor chairs. Very comfortable with a little extra padding. Tempted to buy 2 more chairs.

Called customer service and was told they needed to send the issue to the warehouse. Heard back from the warehouse and was told they didn’t have the part and could not send me just (1) new chair because it came in a (2) pack, would I like 25% off, absolutely not, what am I to do with (3) chairs. Not sure what happened to WAYFAIRs customer service, but this made me a not so happy customer.

Chairs arrived, but a few of the 'rectangular plastic plugs for the top of the chairs' are missing. I don't know what Wayfair and their Supplier of these are going to do about the missing items and would appreciate someone contacting me or better yet sending the missing brown plastic plugs??? It makes the chairs look unfinished with some sharp top edges, but functional. JM

Easy to assembly by my carpenter husband. Gorgeous quality. Very comfortable.
