Assembly was challenging because (1) one of the pieces was badly bent on arrival, (2) a few of the screw/bolt holes didn't line up well and required A LOT of force to bring together, and (3) the screws are made of a soft metal that strips easily, particularly when a lot of force is needed in the above scenarios. Once assembled, the piece looks good. Too soon to know if it will hold up well over time.

These outdoor ottomans look fantastic with my existing furniture and are what my tired feet needed. They took about 45 minutes from start to finish to assemble and directions were easy to follow. Everything was labeled well. Instead of using the wrench that was provided, we opted to use a ratchet and socket wrench.

These are beautiful Ottomans with very thick padded cushions! The cushion covers unzip for washing, and these have a large, roomy seat. They are easy to assemble and a great value for the price. The Ottomans themselves are very nice, but I had to give 4 stars because of the plastic feet, as I don't know how they will hold up over time, and I noticed right away that both cushion covers have noticeably uneven raised seams along the top, which made this otherwise very nice set appear lower quality. There is an anti-slip piece attached to the bottom of each cushion cover, but the cushions still slip easily off the top. I am concerned about the wind blowing them off or the cushions shifting when sitting on them. That being said, I plan to change out the cushion covers or cover them. Because of the beautiful wicker, the size, and how they fit perfectly (in terms of height and width) against my existing patio chairs, which I had purchased separately, I am happy with the set!

Very simple to put together. The cushion arrives shrink wrapped, but expands right away. There are only 5 pieces to screw together, add the included feet, put the cushion on top and you’re done. Time to relax and put your feet up. I also added slipcovers to keep them clean and they look great.

This order is part of a tried and true promotion. The Ottomans arrived quickly. Assembly required. Pictured is beige choice of cushion. The cushion arrives flat but will inflate to about 3” deep. Feet are plastic with no skid or protection added. Assembly instructions are easy and comes with cheap tools. Using your own Allen wrench socket, will save you time.
