Couch looks great on the deck. I wish the cushions were a bit softer

We ordered the above sofa with the wood on the armrest The sofa we received did not have wood on the armrest ,contacted Wayfair, who put us in touch with the manufacturer to handle on our own. We are a bit perplexed on how receiving the wrong item from Wayfair as now become our issue to resolve. We could understand contacting the manufacturer if there was some type of manufacturer defect however there is not and it’s the wrong item.

Sturdy piece of furniture. Cushions are well made. My only disappointment is that I added this to the four chairs that I already purchased, and it matches beautifully, with the exception of a wood like insert on each arm. I was surprised to see that and didn’t notice the wood look in the photo when I ordered it, so it doesn’t exactly match the other four chairs. I would like to see if there is a way for me to substitute 2 two black plastic inserts for the brown wood like inserts. Looks like they can be easily replaced by unscrewing the screws holding the insert in place. Maybe Wayfair Canhelp!

​Sturdy frame and very spacious seating. Cushions are decently thick and hold up well outside. The main image is misleading. I ordered open box and couldnt return.I think even open box was expensive

You had someone deliver a ripped open box with half the parts and tool missing . I’m not happy at all . Someone needs to get back to me asap and get those parts out to me asap .
