Beautiful but definitely not as dark as it looks in the picture. It’s definitely a charcoal gray in case you are wanting more of a dark grayblack like I was looking for. It was Missing the hose and regulator. Contacting customer service to send one. customer service to se It’s heavy and made well, looks high end.

It is a beautiful fireplace. I do love the look. We added the glass guard and glass chards. However this unit has been giving us a lot of trouble turning on. I don't know what the issue is. We are seeking help to get it repaired or replaced.
