The product came ripped. I am gonna call or write them and see what they can do. It doesn’t lock in place and the wind. It’s really not wind sturdy our breeze sturdy. It does take up the wind a lot so I’ll write a better assessment once I get through the return process And get another one. But it was delivered on time was good on all of that. It’s just the product itself is having issues.

We purchased this umbrella a year ago Worked fine and was taken indoors at end of summer last year and stored to protect from fallwinter weather. Have been using this summer until yesterday when the cord that opens it with crank just snapped. For this price should not have happened
