⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an issue with my gazebo, and I have to say the customer service completely turned things around for me. They were quick to respond, understanding, and went above and beyond by sending a brand new replacement without any hassle. It’s rare to find a company that actually stands behind their product like this. I really appreciate the professionalism and how easy they made the whole process. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality and great customer service

Its a lovely gazebo, but not worth it. Less than a year before the canvas tore. Warranty wont be honoured. Was bounced around between Wayfair and manufacturer for months on who should honour it. They refused after dragging it out for months.

For the price this is a well built, really nice looking, sturdy gazebo. Have been overly pleased with this unit.

Perfect! I love that this canopy can stay up for a while and can fight the elements. I actually bought it as a gift and they loved it!

The top was already worn and had a hole before we took it down the the season was just a waste of money didn’t last a year very disappointing
