Love love love it. I did have to turn the couch up on its side to remove cushions that were packaged in the cavity underneath it, and when I righted it, my patio floor, which is concrete, had scuffed the rattan on the arms where I had set it on its side. So please keep the plastic wrap on this part of the couch till all the parts are removed from below it. The scuffs are not bad enough to return it, but still . . . If some directions had been provided on where everything was. I honestly thought they had forgotten to include the cushions, because I couldn't find them till the end!!
