Galvanized Steel Locking Parcel Package Drop, Package Delivery Boxes

The mailbox had some dents on it, how can I get some credit for this or a new product. I would like this product. to be credited or refunded with a new one. Please advise and let me know what yall wanna do Thank you i appreciate your time and effort

Yikes. Assembly and instructions are laughable, product is next to useless in rain or snow- it’s not freestanding with 6 large mounting holes in the back- do not buy unless you have welding skills. Opening the top dumps any standing water or snow directly into the compartment or on top of existing packages- so not at all weather proof. The dimensions are great, but not worth the cost or frustrating assembly (I am quite handy) and had to use specialty tweezers to hold two ill fitting tiny pieces together to get a screw in place that part could have easily come pre-assembled). The last step and the instruction booklet is two identical images: one with the last part and one without it. That’s it. No instructions, no hint where it goes or how it magically disappeared. Manufacturer: please include magic wand, thanks.

Good quality. Won't stop the dishonest porch pirate cuz the door lock is not the "beefiest" and can be ripped open. It will, however, deter the every day porch pirate. The instructions were OK, but there was a couple of areas that could have been explained better. All in all I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others.

This is a nice box and it works for me, especially in the space I will be putting it in. Assembly wasn't too bad the video Wayfair posted definitely helped. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 was due to the many dents in various places that was noticeable after it was fully assembled. I was extremely careful during assembly, even assembling with a carpet underneath and no parts were dropped or placed in a position to be damaged. The dents are not a deal-breaker and I still intend to keep/use it. But considering the price paid, it would've been nice to not have so many dents.

Just an absolute piece of garbage. So bad I had to send it back to Wayfair. On a positive note-Wayfair was FANTASTIC about the return. An actual person picked up the phone and made it right. A rarity these days!

The parcel box is perfect for smaller deliveries. Nice quality and essay to access.
